This page explains what data the mazganil.com website collects when you book an AC service, how it's used, and how to reach us about privacy.
What we collect
When you book a visit through the website form or through our WhatsApp/Telegram bot, we receive: your name, phone number, address, the service you picked, your city, your preferred appointment time and, if you choose to add it, a description of the issue. We also automatically record how you arrived at the site (utm parameters, gclid, fbclid) and which page you landed on, so we can tell which advertising is working.
How we use it
We use this data to contact you, confirm and carry out the technician visit, assign a technician, and keep a record of past requests. Anonymized traffic-source data is used to measure advertising performance.
Cookies
We use one first-party cookie (ac_attribution, kept for 90 days) to remember how you found the site. If you allow it in the cookie banner, we also load Meta Pixel and Google Ads/Analytics, which set their own cookies to measure ad performance. Without your consent, these services are never loaded.
Who we share data with
To reach you and coordinate the visit we use WhatsApp and Telegram (Meta and Telegram FZ-LLC respectively), which receive your phone number and booking details to deliver messages. The site and database run on our own server in the European Union (Romania); Israeli law recognises the EU as providing an adequate level of data protection. If you consent to cookies, Meta and Google receive anonymized site-visit data for ad measurement. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Retention and deletion
Booking and appointment records are kept as long as needed to provide the service and for bookkeeping. You can ask us to delete or correct your data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or Telegram.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time — just message us through the contact options on the site.
